Automattic Cuts Weekly Contributor Hours to WordPress.org by 99%– Community Members Fear ‘Beginning of the End’
Last week, Automattic announced that they would certainly be cutting their regular contributor hours to WordPress.org from approximately 4,000 to a simple 45. This is a massive shift in exactly how open-source WordPress has operated for over a years.
